If you need to serve divorce documents on your spouse it is recommended that you use a process server to do the job.  This will ensure that the job is done properly and that you don't put another third party at risk or in a difficult situation.

 

We serve divorce documents throughout the wider Manawatu region, including Palmerston North, Wanganui, Paraparaumu, Taihape and Dannevirke, and all points in between. You are also welcome to enquire about locations further afield which we may service on request. We have published rates for most locations. For Divorce Documents there is a $25.00 surcharge due to the increased paperwork.  We also require payment in advance.

 

You will need to provide a photograph of the person to be served and all the necessary paperwork and affidavits.  The Court you are dealing with will provide these for you.  Note, the documentation is standard throughout New Zealand but will vary in Australia and in other jurisdictions.
